Ingredients:

6 oz. Lightlife® Plant-Based Ground salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

1 tsp. vegetable oil

3 slices smoked provolone or Chao Creamy Original Slices

1 sesame brioche bun or bun of choice, lightly toasted

3 Tbsp. chunky guacamole

1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

2 or 3 onion rings, prepared from fresh or frozen

Ranch-E-Q Sauce

2 Tbsp. plant-based ranch dressing

2 Tbsp. plant-based smoky BBQ sauce

Instructions:

For the Ranch-E-Q sauce, stir the plant-based ranch and BBQ sauce together in a small bowl.

To prepare the patties, season the plant-based ground lightly with salt and pepper. Divide the seasoned ground into three balls and press to form into three 2 oz. thin patties—about 4” wide. Heat the vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet and place over medium heat. Cook the patties for 2 to 3 minutes per side until evenly brown and heated through. During the last minute of cooking, place the three slices of cheese on top of each flipped patty and let them melt slightly.

To assemble the Maestro Burger, spread the toasted bottom bun with half of the Ranch-E-Q Sauce. Top with the chunky guacamole, shredded iceberg lettuce and onion rings. Layer on all three patties. Spread the top bun with more Ranch-E-Q sauce and place on top. Press down. Serve hot and open wide!
