Ingredients:
2 tbsp plant-based mayo
1 tsp sriracha
1 avocado, mashed
Juice from ½ of a small lime
Salt and Pepper
2 Lightlife Plant-Based Burgers
2 buns of choice
2 small squares of roasted seaweed with sea salt (optional)
⅓ cup cucumbers sliced thin

⅓ cup cucumbers sliced thin
Instructions:
In a small dish, combine mayo and sriracha. Set aside in refrigerator.
In a separate small dish, combine avocado, lime juice and dash of salt and pepper. Set aside in refrigerator.
Cook burgers according to package directions. While the burgers are cooking, toast buns if desired.
Time to build your burger! Spread mayo on all four bun parts. Top your bottom buns with avocado mash mixture. Place your burger patties on top of the avocado mash. Add seaweed. Add cucumbers. Put your top buns on, cut in half and serve!
